PROCESSING TIMES (Updated February 2021):
Due to ongoing shipping delays (vis USPS etc) as a result of COVID-19 as well as social distancing practices, your order "may" take 7 business days to process and ship. If for some reason, your order takes more than 2 weeks to ship you will automatically be refunded 100% of your shipping costs.
SHIPPING RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Should you receive the wrong size, or a damaged product en route to its destination, please email a photo of the unworn item(s) with the tags still attached. We will contact you to confirm that it is a returnable item and proceed accordingly.
CANCELED ORDERS:
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it at that very moment. Once we receive your order in our system (and before it goes to the fulfillment center) we can then intercept it and refund your payment. Refunds are administered in the same way it was paid.
TRACKING:
You will be able to track your product(s) once our fulfillment center finalizes and processes your order. Tracking number(s) & order number will then be emailed to you to keep an eye on. After your order leaves our premises, we are no longer in possession of it, meaning in case something happens to it, that falls on the deliverer or company delivering it to you. Be sure to email us if you have any issues or if you have any questions. We're happy to help!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping Internationally is subject to custom fees per country. Any fees that are incurred is the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping "may" take 7-21 business days contingent on time or order & location of its destination.
DIDN’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?:
Contact us immediately if your order did not arrive to you or its destination. If your order was not received within a 30-day window, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange for equal or lesser value. Should your item not arrive, and your claim is issued after the 30-day required window to make a claim, that bars us from giving a full refund.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED:
Should your item return to us due to an incorrect address entered, please contact us as soon as possible to report that issue so that we can reship whatever item that is undeliverable. Please note, the customer is responsible for the processing fee of reshipping on behalf of the error in inputting the wrong address or information.
REAL TIME ORDER EXPECTANCY:
Contingent on the customers selection of delivery preference ie: standard shipping, express shipping & next day shipping. These are all contingent on the customer and shipping speed of the deliverer. Please bear in mind that we request a 7 business day processing time prior to shipping.
PROMO CODE ERROR:
Should you have an issue using a valid promo code, contact us via email so that we can investigate this potential issue on your behalf.
